While it is a D1 vs D2 matchup, I am glad to see Hampton playing ECSU. As it stands ECSU really has no regional rival since Hampton, NSU, and NCCU left the CIAA. I believe Virginia State is the closest CIAA school to Elizabeth City.

You talking about 5-7 Hampton who beat three subpar teams last year.. LOL Come on to hot Jackson in August.. And Comegy didn't take those games serious when we played either.

The powers that be won't. Besides, TSU on paper is one of the tenants of Nissan Stadium so they kind of have a right to play there
Their issue is the conference they're in. TSU supporters simply don't care about APSU, TTU or UT-Martin

At least they are not paying to play in Nissan Stadium with the new deal and they will get paid by the Titans when they do play at Hale. I think Tennessee State will continue to play most games in Nissan Stadium and play a select few games in Hale. I do wonder what would be the financial impact of Tennessee State playing in the SWAC or MEAC, as I am not too sure they could financially make the move based on variable income like ticket sells for all sports. The ironically thing is that when they do play in Hale, is seems like they have more fans regardless if they are playing a HBCU or PWI.

Listen up maggots! And that's an order!
I like the schedule ... got a real shot of being 2-2 or even 3-1 heading into the Grambling game.
However, their division chances are all but solidified by PV Homecoming... SFC vs Grambling, then at Alcorn and at southern in three-straight weeks? Good Lord!

One step closer to restoring the old swac schedule as TSU and SU is back in November before the Bayou Classic - now someone needs to tell the PV and Southern AD to switch their home games back to even years in Texas and all is normal
