The bottom line is that PV is improved, not good. Good teams don't lose 4 games in one season and call themselves good. We still cannot hit remedial FGs at a high %age.

You are correct. You improved as the season progressed. I really wanted to pick pv but I thought the two weeks to prepare would help the MEAC team. Having said that you had many chances to win. Those missed field goals were killers.

I was amazed at the start the MEAC team had. I thought they would have been better prepared. Your run defense stumped them I think.

That (loyalty to your senior qb at the end of his career) hurt JSU's chances to win. And I'm sure TC reasoned that starting a freshman was not a smart move. But the freshman did a fine job during the year. A few "freshman" mistakes, yes, but overall a great performance. He'll be back better for the experience.
