Are there any statistics that show a comparison between athletes who have transferred from an HBCU looking/hoping to cash-in on the "greener pastures" on the other side of the fence, vs those who have stayed and fulfilled their commitment to the original HBCU?????

Nope... the closest I've seen was from research Zach Mckinnel did. The number of snaps some All conference hbcu guys had at their new schools were significantly lower than it was playing in the Swac/Meac.

about to graduate and spent 4 years here and developed into a standout player - those you can't hate on - the McKinney recruiting quietly was damn good - just never came together when needed on the field
Couldn't come together with his buddy as DC.

We had one basketball player transfer and all he got was a nice vehicle. Now he is back in Houston working out in H&PE.

Bowling Green's best pass catcher was a TSU grad
Tennessee Tech's best running back was at TSU
The starting cbs at Ole Miss and Bowling Green last year came from TSU
And what does that have to do with the price of tea in China?

price of tea in China affects the world prices - the success of SWAC recruits at non-HBCUs (FCS and FBS) affects our markets also - one does well at another school that same school will pluck another player from the same SWAC school as they value the development of them - some have left and never been heard from again

If Andrew Body's injury in 2022 never happened, that was definitely going to change the market for SWAC QBs (don't count Shadeur) (which is a position that has yet to take off on the open market).
