I see them changing laws and redrawing districts and removing voter locations to places less favorable to them.The people have no idea what they have done. tRump gutted a deferal agency the last time he was in office because they pissed him off, I personally now some that was in that agency over 35 years through a few presidents and he was fired, his boss was fired and several staff. This dude is going to destroy everything he doesn't like, let his billionaire friends pollute ocenans and ruin state parks for their greed and eeoc is about to be toast. His followers will even be ok when his administration ruins education by making you have to pay for school even all the way down to elementary school. He will put in his voucher program and give the best money to the lobbyists that paid the most money to charge an arm and a leg for their schools. They are going to really change the wealth divide because what is a $5,000 voucher going to do if a decent middle school will cost you 30,000? Wait until the greedy wall street people that put him in office convince him to privatize social security and people who don't understand markets will lose everything. He has moved the needle towards the vision of the WEF lead by a dude that wasn't even elected Klaus Schwab who is trying to make the world a place where you own nothing and only the elites own everything and you will like it. The poor, uneducated and the bro coalition hoping to get rich on a wing and prayer will suffer greatly. Those who are self loathers and don't have a hustle till I die mentality will fall be the waste side. Latino's don't value education. Especially the first generation ones in this country and barely the 2nd generation. They think working low skill jobs provide prosperity. I've been seeing this "you're on your own" take a lot online and laughing because threats imply something is actually being taken away. What those people actually doing in the first place besides voting Democrat? They weren't out protesting immigration policy or the war or anything else they didn't think affected them directly. People are rightfully angry, but it's largely a bunch of people who weren't engaging in any meaningful action now being really loud about how they won't engage in any meaningful action.

Brave, this is exactly why I wrote in another post why I don't want to hear, in isolation, anything about how f-upped black folks are anymore. A lot of latin folks and white women are far more f-upped.

The only good out of this past election is now everything has been exposed. It is clear where everyone stands.

At the end of the day, white women and want-to-be-white latin folks chose white supremacy.

I framed that statement (and thread) in response to what Harris/Walz and Trump/Vance pitched as their top campaign issues. I voted for Harris because I had no desire to see Trump as POTUS. My decision wasn't motivated by reproductive rights or immigration, though both candidates had prioritized those issues.

But, I could understand why other voters across all demographics (and voter action and behavior bore that out) would choose Trump based on the reasons I mentioned before. Voters did punish the Biden/Harris administration -- fair or not -- for the economy just like voters punished Trump for bungling the COVID response in 2020.

The majority of voters will choose a candidate based on how they believe that person will impact their personal circumstances.

The dude made it clear that he has no intention on ever leaving the white house. He wasn't playing about that at all. They're going to gut the public education system, they will make abortion illegal nationwide, they will get rid of Obamacare, give cops full immunity, implement stop and frisk nationwide... these are just the things that he's openly admitted. This is why I said when Biden dropped out and they opted to run Kamala that we were going to be screwed. He'll also add 3 more Maga people to the supreme court.

Ukraine is fucked, he'll cut that aid off immediately and Russia will be able to do what they want. And ironically, the day after he wins, Israel all of a sudden is willing to end the war in Gaza. What Republicans did, was play the hell out of Democrats all the way around. That war in Israel is a large reason why people didn't support Kamala. I am not the enemy my brother and I respect you, but we all don’t think or live alike. That’s just what it is. I come from the good ole “if a man doesn’t work he won’t eat” school. Men were being taught to be men, and women were being taught to be women in my school & home. It was ok for all Men to play sports vs men, and women to play women. The Dems have somehow made our people believe that the schools that taught those lessons are wrong. At the end of the day, VP Harris got her arse blown away because the game plan was all wrong. To be honest, I feel sorry for her because it was her donkey party that set her up for a beatdown. This is a wake up call for the Dems. The Party needs to regroup, and figure out a way to appeal to the folks in America who have no problem with teaching girls to grow up to be ladies and boys to men. Also, Tampon Tim would have done more for the community than the poor black community on any given day.

If that vicious beating on Tuesday doesn’t wake up the Dems, then a new party must emerge because the Dems won’t win the next election if they don’t change up their priorities.

For some very strange reason, they gave the American people way more credit than we deserved in thinking we would be able to see through Trump's BS on our own. They appealed to the logic of the masses, A HUGE MISTAKE. I still refuse to believe the strategists were this stupid. There has to be something else we are missing, some back room deal or something.

When all the votes have been counted, (Nevada was just officially called for Trump this morning and Arizona is at 82% reporting), the Dems better wake up or a losing streak will start in the next election. They can easily join the history books of What Used To Be a Major Party if another defeat happens to take place in the next Presidential Election. Have the Dems lost twice before and still manage to pull of a victory? Yes. But the difference now if the fact that two previous defeats have come to the hands of a guy like Trump!
