It's deeper than that but yeah that's part of it. A lot of degreed Black folks don't like to work and be trying to take all kinds of shortcuts which is easy to do b/c most HBCUs lack accountability and high standards. All SWAC schools except maybe FAMU and Alabama State need a complete revamp of their athletic department if we're being honestGood luck.
