That was not a completion. Alcorn shouldn't have gotten a second left in GSU territory. That kid's feet were in bound once he secured the ball.

The SWAC refs are horrible! I mean horrible!

How are they suppose to feel if they are going to the game no matter what to represent the Swac. Seems like the only folks that don't want to do that is from your schools state. It's a bowl game, nothing says you have to be from the 2 schools playing. I know a number of PV folks that are going to Atlanta for the Celebration Bowl and they were at the SCG too.

Alcorn played a good game. They showed that they have heart and they didn't back down. Good game but now it's on to the Celebration bowl to bring the trophy to the SWAC.

Yes he was. When blitzed he takes his eyes from down the field and looks at the pass rush.

Alcorn team is built to defend the pass, small and quick. I know NCCU isn't built like that. They will have a hard time defending Grams passing game, but will be hard to run on.

I'm ready to see our offense vs their defense. I think Kelly and Carter can get it done against them but it's going to be a battle for every yard and I'm expecting Carter to still get a few long runs. It will be a good test to see how we match up against them.

Clemson and Western Michigan didn't blow out their opponents as many experts expected, but they both found a way to defeat teams who came to win a title. In Grambling's case, they were facing the two time defending champion in a championship. Alcorn came to win, but the better team found a way to win. Congratulations to the G-Men. What's scary is that GSU could be stronger next year. Now, the G-Men must get ready for a date with the MEAC Champions. Good luck.
