Guess they are trying to balance out for the Homecoming Game, know damn well it was way more than 10,000 rotfl, in fact the Interim President said it was 17,000 plus.

They can count them as long as the ticket price is at least 1/3 of the highest ticket price. FYI, according to the NCAA they can also count the band in attendance numbers.
