2014 NBA Playoffs

Actually that elbow helped the Spurs, because that gave them two free throws. Parker missed them both. If LeBron don't get cramps the Heat could have won both of those games in San Antonio.

Whether the a/c went out or not, had TP and Tim made the free throws in game two, Spurs would have SWEPT Miami.

The joy I feel in the silence from the bandwagon Heat fans on social media after two blowouts in well air conditioned AA Arena in Miami.

Isn't this why Lebron left Cleveland? Carrying a bunch of "scrubs"? The disadvantage of 3 max players is showing because the Heat don't have a bench other than Ray Ray and Birdman who isn't an offensive threat.

Wade, Bosh and LeBron aren't making max money.

But I think they're more bandwagon fans of the Heat's opponents than bandwagon Heat fans.

That's semantics. They took a few million less but they still can't sign nothing but young players or vets because of those 3 contracts.

True, but they've been to the Finals four times. Although, the Heat might go 2-2, this relationship was worth it because it gave them the realistic opportunity to compete for championships multiple seasons.

Not if they all opt out and take less.

Lebron is not going to have to take less this time as he is a Heat FA if he opts out. He deserves the Max
Bosh went on record a couple of days ago saying he would opt out and take less money to help get more players as he loves not only playing for the Heat. He loves living in Miami.

Wade is the wild card. He don't have to opt out and can stay at his MAX salary for one more year. But I assume Riley is going to tell him if you want more titles and want to play here in Miami beyond just next season and don't risk being traded to some scrub team. Then you better opt out and take less money and get a longer extension. Nobody is going to break the bank for Wade at this stage of his career. So he may have to take that cut to get another 3-4 year deal. Which is better than trying to play hard ball and only mess around and get traded with a year left on his current deal. If he takes less and gets another 4 years, that money is guaranteed money. Right now he has one year of guaranteed money left. Will be interesting to see how Miami and Riley handle Wade.

The rest of their roster is cheap and they can get a bunch of guys to help. Get rid of Chalmers contract and you can get someone else BETTER than him in there.

Well Dwade does have 3 rings and Lebron will get some more. He is only 29? Pat Riley ain't no dummy. They will reload and get 3 more rings for LBJ I believe. He will end up with 5 rings which is nothing to sneeze at. The crew that needs to be in a panic mode is OKC. They better get some before that West gets even tougher.

These dudes done quit. They looked helpless last night.

True.

They went deep in their bench and played Douglas early in the game. Spolestra was looking for some kind of spark. With Chalmers being ineffective and Wade hurt, man it's pretty much over.

D-Wade is not hurt. It's called being 32 years old after playing 26,000 career minutes and going through his fourth consecutive grueling Finals journey. The Heat -- at least the Big 3 -- have played more minutes of any other collection of players over this run they've been on.

Wade has no lift. He's like a pitcher who is attempting to adjust to not being able to throw a blazing fastball anymore. He's resorting to guile and grit at this point.

Yes they did!! They just looked WASHED UP!! Even though the Spurs are playing some DAMN GOOD BBALL the Heat just look lost. Im trippin on how they are moving the damn ball around.

Im enjoying every minute of this Series!!

Cause my Suns are making a big comeback!!!!

I got Miami winning tonight. Just don't see Lebron going out like he did in 2011, but he is a choker at times so we will see. Its all setup for him to prove everybody wrong tonight.....

@NBAHistory: @EliasSports Only 2 players in NBA history have averaged 30 PPG and 10 RPG when facing playoff elimination: LeBron James & Wilt Chamberlain.

@BruceFeldmanCFB: 2015 NBA odds: Heat 5/2; Thunder & Spurs 7/1; Clips 10/1; Pacers & Bulls 15/1; Rockets 20/1; .. Knicks & Lakers 50/1, per @RJinVegas

I never saw Larry Bird look as bad on the court as Lebron James did tonight. :smh:  :emlaugh:

Michael Jordan either. The Heat got dragged. I wish people would finally stop trying to compare these guys to Jordan. LeBron James. Kobe Bryant. Just stop already.

I agree. The guys today should not even be mentioned in the same conversation as Bird, Jordan, Magic ect.
