2013 Swac Baseball Tournament - Day 2

[Voice of Reason]

I don't think any coach in the conference over-use its arms like Omar does. He gets off with guys going a complete game with 130+ pitches!

[LadyJag]

He threw 114 pitches.

Translation......

My name is JayRob and I'm obsessed with SU!

Thats why JSU struggles in the tournament year after year lol.

[Voice of Reason]

Perhaps that's a reason, but I think the reason is Omar's teams are not built for tourney play. Small-ball, defense, and a little pitching won't carry you through tourney play where No.1's are on the mound for everyone. You have to be able to put runs on the board every game.

Thats why JSU struggles in the tournament year after year lol.

[Jaguar94]

TSU rt fldr catches a flyball and throws a runner out at the plate to end the top of the 2nd. Bot 2, 1-0 pb.

[SUjagTILLiDIE]

You sure she isn't in Baton Rouge? Just saying. LOL.

School just got out, SU and LSU's graduations are this weekend, I guess thats why they allowed her go and cheer for alumni this weekend.

[Jaguar94]

End of 4, 5-3 TSU

[SUjagTILLiDIE]

5-5

Battle to the death........Loser season dies.....

[JagHammer]

TXSU is ahead 6-5 going into the top of the 8th inning.

[JagHammer]

A quick end to the top of the inning with a strike out, and two quick outs leads to the bottom 8th.

6-5 TXSU.

[JagHammer]

Going into the top of the 9th, TXSU leads 6-5.

UABP's season hangs in the balance.
