The 2007 Rocket City Battle of the Bands.........
Sunday, Sept 30, 2007 on the campus of AAMU!!!!
This highly secret event was in the planning and was finalized a few weeks ago...


ALABAMA A&M UNIVERSITY
"Marching Maroon and White"

ALABAMA STATE UNIVERSITY
"Mighty Marching Hornets"

BETHUNE COOKMAN COLLEGE
"Marching Wildcats"

MILES COLLEGE
"The Purple Machine"

TEXAS SOUTHERN
"The Ocean of Soul"
________________________________________________________________
PARTICIPATING HIGH SCHOOL BANDS

BUTLER HIGH SCHOOL

J.O. JOHNSON HIGH SCHOOL

LEE HIGH SCHOOL (HUNTSVILLE,AL)




AND OTHER SURPRISES...


Plus they are working on a DVD for this a well.....
Which WILL SHOW the bands field shows!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds decent. Hope they get all their clearances together before they start making money on that DVD.
 



The only person it surprised was you. I would hate to see the organizers of this event get sued because they didn't do their homework....Why don't you do like you always do and pass that lil tidbit along to the powers that be who don't read this site...

I did.....He mentioned them in the very beginning...oops.....
I'll tell him to update......

Cause they will be ATL and will be travelling back to make the event

So hopefully this will be the momentum to be come the NEW "SUPERIOR"event...............
