2007 Lousiana Prep Football Playoff Brackets

Cat... Have you talked to Tolliver?

Yes, I talked to him and Higgins. They are cousins and they live together and want to stay together in college. Hershelle and Ezell West are doing us proud we got a good shot at both now. I sure hope Julio Jones goes to LSU, that way LSU would be out of scholarships, tho they have already offered Tolliver and Bama has offered Higgins neither will get either without the other.:swink:

By the 3rd quarter my Donaldsonville Tigers had 50+ points. Get ready for them to shock the state.

I really want Clinton and Donaldsonville to play :) in two weeks. Both teams face stiff competition this week with St. James and Calvery Baptist. Good Luck.

Broadway is a beast :eek:, I saw the highlights on Sportsline. Dude is only in the 10th grade.

He is what you call a All Purpose QB. lol He is good and Blaine from Lutcher is good as well. Jarvis Landry will be a Jag. Him and Terrance Broadway. MARK MY WORDS!! This player here I am keeping an eye on.

STEVEN SIBLEY FROM AMITE!

Bastrop beat Neville 42-8
now it's Franklinton at Franklinton.
What yall REALLY think about Bastrop's chances against them?

Bastrop should beat Franklinton, however, it won't be easy.

Lutcher will not lose in 3A to anyone. They've been kickin everybody teeth in this season. Blaine Gautier IS THE TROOF!!! Saw him in the Dome last year against Independence.

Amite vs. Parkview Baptist is an interesting matchup. Amite and Parkview always scrimmage each other in the spring, so they know each other very well. Parkview is very, very vulnerable. BTW, Parkview is at the corner of Jefferson and Airline just past the Sherwood Forest/Siegen intersection.

Kentwood beat the crap out of Haynesville. Them fools actually played man coverage on Kentwood and got burnt for their trouble repeatedly. Kentwood heads to Edgard next week to play West St. John.

Also a little trivia...two players have the Class 5A record for most TD passes in the state championship game. One is John David Booty. Guess who the other guy is.

Yep!! I think D'ville will upset St. James and if they do that then I believe the Championship is ours to lose. We have waaaaayyyy too much speed.

Having it be tough we can handle...losing is not the option that we want to take...Let's go Ram's!!

Where the heck is Franklinton? I am going and I don't know to where am I going

B.LEE

Springhill also tried to play Prentiss Waggner man to man for about a quarter :lmao: :lmao: and stack the box.

TILLiIDIE...1. You are correct!!!!

2. North louisiana teams always try to stack the box and play man. That stuff will get you burned when you play a south Louisiana team. Like Haynesville and Kentwood. Kentwood had 68, 55 and 72 yard passes for touchdowns...and Kentwood led 34-0 at halftime.

BTW: Clinton better rest Prentiss and have him ready to play defense. Calvary will sling it with Jake Booty and Khiry Cooper.

Thats Clinton strength. That pass rush is a fool :swink:, and I dare them to throw at Prentiss. If Cooper is a WR, Prentiss will put the locks on him. Nobody even bothers to throw in his direction. I just wish Clinton's other 6-4 DB/WR wasn't hurt.

Mane the 4A Eunice Bobcats are back in the QuaterFinals.... This has become a Thanksgiving Tradition in my Hometown....
I may have to Catch this Game at Shaw on Friday.... Im tired of seeing a Thrashing at the Battle of the bands..... Po' GSpoo.......Mane Grams Band Suck......:smh:

Yes they do. Trust me :swink:.

I agree. Clinton's QB and WR combo are just as true as they come in football. They made my mouth drop open Friday night. Just beautiful football. I'd like to know the QB's pass speed and the WR foot speed averages. The OB slings the ball like Bruce use to. The WR runs so accurately to position himself for the ball drop like Tramon use to. :swink:

 to Springhill's fans. They have plenty of school spirit. The saw sound was hilarious. :lmao:

:tup: Clinton's wr/db won MVP at every camp he went to over the summer, Florida, Georiga, and LSU. He had 19 int's last season, with 15 TD's. Nobody even throws in his direction anymore.
Have you saw Calvery play.

BTW, don't know if Pete is recruiting Clinton's QB, but him and his family are always at every SU game. Plus Waggner's parents are huge SU fans.

Lutcher will beat Redemp.
Clinton's only loss was to Redemp. I wasn't at the game, but from what I was told, Clinton dominated the first half and lead at halftime. Two costly turnovers on the goal line did them in the second half. They said Redemp's talent level was no where near Clinton's or 5A Scotlandville, who Clinton beat the week before.
