Mach, the Hampton JSU game was not a classic. We may be working on a deal to get Hampton to Jackson next year.

The inaugural Orlando Labor Day Classic football game featuring the Tigers of Jackson State University and the Pirates of Hampton University scheduled for Saturday, September 4, 2004 at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Fla., has been cancelled due to inclement weather.

Due to Hurricane Frances, a collaborative decision was made by the two participating institutions, the City of Orlando, Orange County, Civil Authorities of Central Florida and the promoters of the event to cancel the Classic. However, the game between Hampton and Jackson State will still be played. The match-up is still slated for Saturday, September 4, but in Hampton, Va., at the Pirates? Armstrong Stadium. Kickoff is also still set for 6 p.m.

Tickets for the Orlando Labor Day Classic are fully refundable

Is this a picture of the crowd at the Valley/A&M game?
Now I see the problem.
Yall should make it high school day or something.
Come up with a gimmick
Give away tics
Do your students attend the game.
But wait...GR forgot who your AD is.
This is damn sad

I know....It's only okay to do attendance smack when JSU has a low attendance game.....i.e. 10,500 vs. Northwestern....I got it CJ. LOL.

STILL LMAO @ 3,800. ....got dayum. That wouldn't even sell out Valley's Gym.

LMAO!!!!!!!

Why yall want to close it now.....?

See i don't understand.....lol....

JSU had LOW attendance: 10,500..and everybody had something to say.....

now BAMA&M draws 3,800 to a conf. game....and yall want to close it?

What's the problem.....

LMAO

yall folks a trip. Let's see how soon they forget this. 3,800. LOL. They'll be diverting back to 2000 CCC game in no time. LMAO.

That's probably the last time your fans saw your team play worth anything! I'll bet most of you wish spring had never ended.

How many games has those freshmen seen you win?????? attendence smack SMH

LOL @ 'hill!

I guess if we hadn't won a game since September, 2003, we might have to resort to such as well.

Ohhh, the pains of lowly.

Hell your team is winning and you only have 3,800 folks at a home game....I would hate to see what would happen if you were losing. LMAO. Thank God for Grambling and Valley....or else it would probably be 38. LMAO!!!!!!!

There probably aint a room in St. Louis boi....A&M gonna take over.

You needn't look any further than down Lynch St. for that, kid!! You've been gettin' thrashed, and you boast about attendance. :smh:

All that means is that there are more people there to see just how gosh-awful your team truly is. I'd want to keep that hidden from as many folks as possible.
