Y'all are airheads who don't think before you post.;) I wonder what the hell y'all be thinking sometimes. Why don't y'all smarten up like unknown, who knows every damn thang and is so much more astute than the rest of us FOOTBALL FANS???:rolleyes: :rolleyes:

MikeBigg, my fellow old schooler, you took the words right out of my mouth. I know its just me but, the older I get, the less I like those dayum bands anyway. And besides, for the most part, if you have seen one, you have seen them all anyhow.

A band is a student activity.
A band allows more students to particiapte at one time than any single activity on campus.
A band belongs.
A band increases participation at football game.
A band is a recruitng tools for HBCUs.
A band is use to produce of Music Education.
A band consist of 99% of smart students.
A band member can coach a football team.
In some cases some Band have gone to the extreme.

I like to watch the bands and like them to shut up while play is going on. I like SWAC Bands.
 
Some of you are basing your comments on the fact that you will always have a good football team. Most of the teams really suck and we know how the fair weather fans at jsu are. Hell they won't show up for Homecoming on a picture perfect day. But will break their necks and some even risk hair doos to come to see su. Your programs are in DK, if your AD is smart he will learn what puts butts in seats when you have a DK football program. But I guess you are happy with a attendence record. We will see what happens on your travel year, your average depends on the Southern and Grambling. People in Jackson will not come to see a PWC, they figure you will lose anyway so why bother.
