Kentucky basketball lands son of NBA champ, HBCU coach

Brother, we fired a coach to hire another coach who had a worse record in the same conference. This would have been like Gram firing their coach to hire Graves.

Yeah ... that's hustlin backwards ...

Trey might be the guy y'all need.

When his son enolled in the new prep school in the area that plays on the EYBL Scholastic Circuit, it was a rap for him on going to JSU.

tbf, ou and notre dame are in a bidding war for my lil' 2nd level cousin (RB). He went from being on no one's radar at the start of his jr yr HS fall 2025 to now being a 4*/borderline 5* prospect. smh Those digits and negotiations I was told > $300K, while in HS. smgdh

All of this stupid fbs nil shit makes zero sense to me. I'm for kids being paid but some of this game-playing behind the scenes makes zero sense.

So many things should have been put in place ahead of NIL to keep it structured and in control. It’s really insane right now

It's ridiculous. F'ing lawyers, player reps, behind closed door advanced HUGE loans, coaches getting kickbacks to deliver a kid, ... All of it, it's trash.

dirty business - street agents are legitimized now - but the schools still want the common fan to donate NIL for a kid who will not be around the next year - for black folks you gotta have ROI -
