Seems like some people were pocketing the money. Things like this give HBCU's a bad rep.
 



I don't understand where was the accountability at, as it seems way too many people was asleep at the wheel and/or were involved in this for this to go on as long as it did. I want to see everyone involved brought up on charges and they be force to pay back all the money they stole. If this means taking people and companies assets and selling them to regain the money so be it.

I'm guessing you wrote that out of frustration. White folks have never needed a legitimate reason to deny us. When there isn't one, they do what they always have, make up one with zero regard for truthfulness. In other words it doesn't require ammo to practice racism.

It sounds like St. Aug has been victimized by some criminal minded folks and others who were complicit by remaining silent. Hopefully, those that are criminally responsible will have to pay restitution. Prayerfully, through austerity and fundraising St. Aug will recover.
