I don't know if you could characterize Hurts as the little engine that could when he was a four-star recruit who started QB at Alabama as freshman and was a Heisman finalist at Oklahoma.

Name me another player who was benched in the national championship game, dogged by Shannon Sharpe, Stephen A. Smith and other so called experts on national tv, did not start his junior year at Alabama, and had to transfer his senior year to Oklahoma. Don't know about the little engine that could; however, to go through that drama and now to be one of the highest paid players ever, his story is amazing!
