Finally saw coach Prime's half-time interview and he was pissed. I agreed with him 1000%. When you dominate and TCB, you send opposing fans packing for the parking lot at half-time.
We see the glimpses of greatness here and there for stretches at a time but the TOTAL package will be 100% dominant, error-free, "smart, tough, fast, & disciplined." (hope I said that correctly because I'm going from my memory and my view of what is expected of a JSU student-athlete, regardless of sport; please correct me if I'm wrong)
"With Character" was the only part you missed lol. We were definitely tough and fast. We were not smart and disciplined. You have to catch those punts instead of letting them roll 10 to 20 yards back. You have to field punts inside the 5 instead of catching it in the endzone (field awareness). 115 yards of penalties speaks volumes about how undisciplined we were.
