The bullshit parking folk were also riding bicycles attached to generators supplying watts to the broadcast panel.

Where is the smiley for "stupid stupid stupid" gameday lack of planning. smh 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Expose the secrets tonight, PV! Let the world see and wonder how/why we hid what we did. 👍🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

Hopefully the leadership positions (coaching) and parking on campus smgdh are both top notch to match the talent.

Roster says he is "6'2" 215lbs at DE." Friday before last, I walked in and saw his 6'5" 258lb frame warming up, he repped 315lbs 12X with his feet in the air. Some OTs gonna' learn tonight about him and "twin." They nicknamed him "Ed." lol 😂😂😂🚩
There were a few OTs on certain plays "mack truck'd." smh Hope someone made a video of those plays.

The culprit may be PV and their server. There seems to frequently have issues broadcasting from there…..

you are correct

a 3rd party streams ESPN+ games - not ESPN as TV games arrive with satellite trucks, etc.

remember when Southern played there in 2018 the ESPN3 broadcast never started due to the same thing

as for TSU football - its infrastructure - bottom line. They have no issues when it comes to basketball no matter who is coaching and getting major interest because the infrastructure is there in terms of facilities, tradition, etc. Prairie View, Southern, Grambling, Alabama State, etc. has the facilities to remain consistent in the SWAC - with that not being an issue coaches can focus on actual development as the basics are covered - now getting over the hump is truly coaching

until the elephant in the room is addressed the coaching situation won't matter as you may get lucky once or twice but consistency is the big thing

Stop, please stop with the same old B.S. excuse. That old Facilities and tradition crap shoot has been shot down soooooo many times.
Explain how Houston Baptist who had no Facilities at all literally nothing and a start up team with zero tradition so quickly surpassed TSU.

Then look at Incarnate Word who just became D1 with the last 8-10 years. They shared the southland conference championship last year. Oh, and their HC makes around 150k.

Please get ghost with that facilities and tradition nonsense.

TSU doesn't really care about football, That is the central issue.

Good showing PV. To win like that without completing a pass is amazing. I joked with someone that Grambling needs to do that.
Bruh, we about to pracrtice the winged-T and wishbone vs acu next week to help us prep for the SWAC run lol. 😂

We had 2 significant passes completed.... to sTu. smh That last one, that distance, one had to be Troy Aikman to complete it and Herron telepath'd that bad boy.... straight jumped for a pick-6.

We still have leadership decision making issues. When we were up 37-14, "they" decided to let off the gas and try to coast (got conservative). There's a severe drop off between 1st string DL and 2nd string DL. 👀 OL play 2nd half was atrocious. 👎🏿 Dooley taught them well how not to coach and they followed his plan to the tee (too freaking conservative when having a lead). 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Not a bad effort though. PV-D limited sTu to 119 rushing yards and 53 passing yards.

PV-O amassed 388 rush yards and 0 passing yards while giving sTu's Hamilton first dibs on all-SWAC DB w/ 2 INTs and one of those was a pick-6.

Body had bandage on entire left leg down to the foot during the entire game. I'm hoping he is okay and gets some rest.

It is.

As others have said, ESPN does NOT provide the camera equipment but only the ESPN feed. This is on PV

This is why I am not in favor of it but Youtube (for which I hardly have issues with as far as schools who use it (Valley, PV, AAMU) and building up own our network...

What we learned from this game is that TxSU better find a rushing game and stop depending mostly on Body

PV feasted on the ground because of the weather

They feasted on poor tackling and their coach realized our DC doesn't like to blitz...almost ever. That won't cut it.
Their defense feasted on whoever was calling plays being very predictable and not calling to strengths on our end and not paying attention to possible weaknesses on pv's left side for the run and the middle for the pass.
Coach McDowell beat us by not making too many mistakes. The weather got better during the game and pv's field wasn't all that affected by it during play.

They’re spending a lot of money to not care!

Tell me when hbu and incarnate word had a probation shutdown, scholarship reduction, etc. better yet do they have a stadium to play in already within the past 10 years.

Someone invested in the program to take care of little things - they can recruit white kids to fill in the gap our swac schools struggle and they have swac alums sons On their teams whose parents wouldn't send their kids to their own schools

Someone said pay folks big money and wins will happen and that started a bad precedent tsu is on now

Look at it like this - compare tsu to just other swac schools before we even bring Southland up

If I'm a football recruit and recruited by the following 4 schools below this is what I'm up against.

What does PV has TSU doesn't?
What does Bama State has TSU doesn't?
What does SU has TSU doesn't?

If you can't even compete against your own league in amenities why are we having this discussion? Coaching will only win you so much without the major things.

Texas A&M has everything and still complains they need more facilities to stay relevant. They're about to demolish a 10 year old Indoor track for a brand new indoor fb only practice facility
