The Official Feb. 2, 2022 National Signing Day Thread (don't post transfers)

That’s a good day. You know Deion is not going to stop bringing in more transfers, lol. I expect a few more in the coming weeks. It will be interesting to see where the final ranking ends up.

Yea we are far from done. We brought in guys like James Houston and Antwan Owens over the summer last year. 68 is pretty dayum good.

😆 🤣 the 🧢. It ain't the number of recruits you get its the player rating. We signed 26 but only 20 listed. We have six 4⭐s not just one.

The number 1 hbcu signing class for the 2nd year in a row.. and it ain't even close lol
Yeah, a lot of those initial ratings leave people out. They eventually get them included and rates right. We ended last year at 55 but that was after adding people all summer.

Yea we will continue to rise or fall depending on what guys we are adding opposed to what guys other teams are adding. What people don't seem to understand is that every 3/4/5 star have different player ratings. They are not the same.

Don't be surprised to see AAMU and Grambling join JSU in the top 100 as far as 247 rankings are concerned once the final rankings are done in May (combined HS, JUCO and transfers). That's when people will really start to pay attention

(but then you actually have to go out and beat somebody like these bottom tier FBS schools and ranked non-HBCU FCS schools. Stars bring the eyeballs and wins keep them there)

Gonna be another down year at Valley. We didn't sign anyone of note to compete with everyone else

Hoping for 1-2 wins this year
