Prime is going to end the "good ole black boy" network at these HBCUs. Thank God because them fools been getting free checks for decades! SU went and made a retread hire and Dooley is now a dinosaur because college football has changed massively in the last 2-3 years. This is why you hire young if you can't hire a proven, championship coach.

Quality >>> I'm so happy we are changing the narrative and showing elite talent what we have to offer. The portal is beneficial when you can evaluate talent and no pwi fan can make me feel bad about our people using it to our advantage. Now is the time for us to display our ability to develop talent and get folks drafted! I want the entire conference to mop the floor with ooc opponents 🙌🏾

He speaks to everyone through his play. Not flashy, not vociferous, quiet, and TCB from sideline to sideline against the run or pass. Real blue-collar ethic on the field. Would've loved to see him in our purple and gold.
