The scared Black man mindset is taking affect. Bill has done no more than what White men have always done. There's a dumb White fool in White House now who has openly admitted of grabbing women in the pu$$y. If he was Black, he would be crucified by now. White supremacist have definitely step up their attacks on their worst nightmare.

IMO, it's more about White Supremacy and controlling the Black man's natural will to breed. Even if Bill is guilty, I'm sure there are way more White men that are just as guilty. What folks have to realize, if they can do a rich Black man who was once a billionaire like this, I'm sure other Black men would think twice when it comes to having sex with a female. What they are doing to Bill creates the Willie Lynch syndrome in Black communities, which is make an example out of the strongest Black man in front of Black mothers to be and they will raise their sons not to follow their natural male instincts. If they can convict Bill, I'm predicting that they will soon go after Black male porn stars. I'm sure drugs play a big part in that industry. Basically, women screwing for a living saying that they were drugged into doing it. This case opens up a can of worms for a lot of drugged out women who are having casual sex for drugs or money.

How many of those women frequented Hef's playpen for the drugs? Where is his responsibility in all of this? Why isn't Hef being sued or any of the clubs where this type activity went on? Oh yeah....He ain't Black.

No Cee Dog, you and Founder be real. All those molestations that happened in the church are elsewhere...they had sex...that was rape....and this stuff went on for years and years....I refuse to believe y'all don't understand these syndromes and that they are VERY present around us...so, is it unbelieveable a person would go back to sleep with their rapist again? They do it everyday. There is a school of thought that something happens chemically in their brains which allows them not to run away but run to these situations over and over.

CT, again you like Kendrick did not read the scenario that I posted. If I were a juror and a woman stated that she was raped, she was not married, working for, and this man had no control over her future what so ever, and kept sleeping with him after the rape it would be difficult for me say that he raped given the continued sexual relationship.

The primary question is why is she in communication with her rapist if he has no control over her?

Molestation, with a child is very different.

In this Cosby case, specifically the one he is being tried for, I find it difficult to understand why she would willingly take a drug that he offered that would relax her. Then still associate with him privately.

Also, I believe if an accuser has taken the pay out from the ACCUSER not from the company they are employed with (Catholic Church for example) the accuser should not be allowed to state or voice anything because they have placed a price on what was done to them and agree that that was the punishment.

I don't condone what Cosby did but to me I truly believe many of these women knew they were taking a drug and later in life had a coming to Jesus moment and decided to go after Cosby. I also believe many of them knew one another and ran in some of the same circles.

If it is proven beyond a reasonable doubt that he did it...then Cosby should suffer the consequences to the full extent of the law. There was something in the trail that persuaded that jury that something was not right in her story or those others that testified.

No, I read your scenario...my statement stands. There are a set of syndromes that chemically change the brain and the resultant response doesn't make sense to you...but it is...--Rape/molestation syndrome, battered spouse syndrome, Stockholm syndrome...these are very real

CT, I feel you but my response stands....I find it thoroughly unreasonable that a person who was raped by someone who has literally no control over them what so ever and continues to have sex with them voluntarily was raped. There is so much reasonable doubt there.

Ok, you go over Cee Dog's house and he rapes you. You leave and never say anything. A few weeks later he comes over to your home you let him in and you both have consensual sex. He leaves. This continues over a two to three months of you and Cee Dog having consensual sex at each other's home. You wake up one day and say "Damn he raped me 4 months ago." Then go to police. Cee Dog is arrested. Now he is on trial for rape. On the stand you admit to having consensual sex with him for 4 months at each other's home. Now I know this is not the same as the Cosby case but a scenario.

Just as there are a number of victims; there are number of women who file charges after the fact because they are mad at the man for whatever reason.

The entire Bill Cosby case is a matter of he said/she said and it's been documented that he gave her drugs but there was a pay off but she is still out for blood. That is so wrong on so many levels.

Bill Cosby is demanding that the accuser in his criminal case repay a confidential sex-abuse settlement because she cooperated with police who reopened the case and arrested him last year.

Cosby filed a sealed breach-of-contract lawsuit this month that said the settlement barred Andrea Constand from "voluntarily" discussing the case with law enforcement.

The suit said Constand had no legal duty to cooperate with Pennsylvania authorities because she lives in Canada. The interviews she and her mother gave to investigators last year were therefore "voluntary" and violated the settlement terms, the suit said.
 



Bill's only free because he previously agreed in the civil case to self-incriminate himself in exchange for not being prosecuted. Today's overturned conviction does not necessarily equate to his innocent.
