1st time coaching staff in place for a month or so and everyone's expectations are delusionally through the roof lol.
Alabama St beat PV to the punch. I don't think JSU is still at 20-30% fully capable of what I expect them to be shortly.
IMO, they are actually further ahead than what I anticipated at this point. The next 4 games will be the actual gauge for how far or how close JSU is to becoming dominant.

Man after what they did to us, they showed ASU absolutely NO respect as this was supposed to be a tune up game before they take on AAMU (hell they were even looking over SU) with the national ranking and all that.
As ASU's coach said, Deion has been treated like a "savior" for HBCU football with a bunch of coaches that dont know how to do their job and it was disrespectful. If the "bad" coach Dr. Eley-Hill can beat JSU, imagine what SU, AAMU and PV are gonna do with good coaches. They saw what they did to Valley and they took it personal.

in the old SWAC it was about the coaches as they did the promoting of the players and had no problem talking trash. Hell, John Merritt personally said started fistfights with other coaches for motivation

That back-tracking shit is sad lol this is the 2nd coach this season? They walk around with their chest poked out thinking they’ve said something cute & funny..... until the media gets it & it gets national attention because JSU/DEION is tagged to it.
