During the recent JSU-PV WBB game, PV's commentator said Coach Smith had expressed immense regret that they didn't get the chance to go up against McKinnis! That's akin to calling us out! We have a long memory. Ijs. Lol!

Whatever happened to Texas Southern's women basketball once proud program? Just finished watching a portion of the women's matchup between TSU and AAMU. At the end of the 3rd, AAMU led by 30 points with the score being 57 to 27. It seems as if it was just yesteryear that TSU's women basketball was the cream of the crop in the SWAC.

Whatever happened to Texas Southern's women basketball once proud program? Just finished watching a portion of the women's matchup between TSU and AAMU. At the end of the 3rd, AAMU led by 30 points with the score being 57 to 27. It seems as if it was just yesteryear that TSU's women basketball was the cream of the crop in the SWAC.

They lost Niya Mitchell to an injury and the 5 star chick they recruited didn't show up. Going to be a rough season for them.

I can kind of see now why Hunter was high on Jefferson during the offseason. Went for 27 and 11 in only his second game (2nd double double). Hunter actually had a 2:1 assist to turnover ratio tonight with his 22 points.

Gonna take these remaining regular season games for Jefferson to get acclamated with the team
