lsu's defense shoooooooooooooooole does look familiar.... hhhhhhhhmmmmm...

that same secondary also gave up over 300 yards passing too FAMU, JSU, AAMU,PV , and Alcorn.... secondary was very weak this year for you all interceptions aside.
Yeah, our secondary was severely hurt by season-ending injuries and other issues. However, in the SCG we lost due to turnovers and questionable play-calling on offense. No defense can overcome 6 turnovers on the road against a quality team.

LSU is built like a Big 12 team this year. A high-flying offense with an okay defense that will give up some big plays and scores to quality offenses.

So you're saying txa&m, georgia, auburn, florida, miss st, and utah st don't have "quality" offenses?

lol That's your narrative. lol

I know we can dream and hope for change. But I think the overall aspect is, is that the financial makeup, top of the line facilities, top training, and oppurtunities will keep these black athletes away from HBCU's.

Of the teams you listed:

Texas A&M: Offense sucks, Jimbo is still trying to rebuild. Most of their big numbers came against cupcakes and the Mississippi schools.

Georgia: Offense is all about their run game and Fromm doing just enough to keep teams honest, definitely nothing to be scared of. Plus they had a ton of injuries. Don't let those games against cupcakes cloud your judgment. Against SEC teams and Notre Dame, their offense was pedestrian.

Utah State: A 7-6 G5 team..........

Miss State: Heck yes their offense sucks, Bama held them to 7 points. lol

Auburn: Offense was up and down all season due to their young QB. This is about the only team I'll give them credit for holding down.

Florida's offense is good, and they scored 4 TDs with a back-up QB that had 0 experience as a starter and drove down the field 2 more times in the red zone late in the 4th quarter. LSU's defense was torched that whole game by them.

In addition to Florida, you saw a mediocre Texas have 0 trouble putting up points on LSU. Alabama, of course, lit LSU defense up and almost walked them down after being down 20. Ole Miss (yes even them) racked up 400 rushing yards on LSU and their offense was nothing special the whole season. Heck, even sorry ole Vanderbilt racked up major points on LSU defense. lol

LSU has talent on defense, but they aren't anything to fear if your offense has been good all season.
