Commissioner McClelland please move the SWAC Tourney to NOLA

A well run city which I believe NOLA is since they elected a HBCU graduate as mayor, always want to attract as much business as possible.

She is the horrible to work with and I was told other stuff by an HBCU grad who's an executive and works closely with her and her office.

I think New Orleans would be a good spot for it. Unlike previous locations, NOLA has 3 smaller HBCU’s nearby who can support and promote the event heavily.

They barely go to their own games except XU vs DU

But would they? None of the three are SWAC schools.
