We can't even get a kicker that can consistently hit 35-40 yarders so that title belongs to us

JSU has a FG kicker. We don't. That's we lost against them (that and the whole 21-0 blown lead thing)

My ignorant SU family invited me to play at a damn “SU second line” in front of the Balcony Music Club last night on Frenchmen! I told them “F no” and hung up the phone! I will have dreams about this one for a while. If that wasn’t a 199_ type of SU party in the F’n dome, then I don’t know anything about the Bayou Classic.

Man, I think I am calling off sick tomorrow! F word!!!

Yes, the kicker had a bad day. But on the last one, it looked like a jail break. Where was the blocking? And on the one before that, there was a jail break also. Both kicks were going straight, but there was no blocking on either one of them.

Look and see if theres a REAL special teams coach in there for PV while you're at it. We HAD a good kicker; but a god awful staff can squander even the best talent
 
Good kickers seem to be rare now on all levels. It seems as though the SEC kickers are worst than the SWAC kickers. I wish we could find another like that white guy we had under Coach Jones. Dude would kick dang near 50 yards. Lol

Need to get these backup kickers from the FBS level. We had one from Arizona State that could do it all.

Hate to stereotype, but another good option for the SWAC is to grab these public school Hispanic place kickers/soccer players who don’t scholarship offers to anywhere. I first learned who Alabama State was when I was in high school after they offered our Latino soccer star/place kicker a full ride.
