I don’t think so. He just has the Alcorn monkey to get off his back. We need a better offensive mind. Alcorn has great players and great coaching. Folks can say what they want about McNair but he’s proven that he’s the best coach in the SWAC right now. The offensive game plan is terrible and it always has been but we get by off of talent and good offensive line play.

The other thing though is Skelton couldn't even make a swing pass at the beginning of the game. Not sure what is going on with him. It's like he can't settle down at times. And that gimmick play for the interception at the beginning of the game.....smh

He doesn’t trust himself to throw down field and it’s holding SU back from that next level.

They need to play to his strengths. Skelton is not a drop back QB.

Dez the option is only affective against elite teams if you can pass out of it. As I said, your qb Skelton doesn’t feel comfortable consistently throwing down field or maybe isn’t capable. Hard to tell. Until that’s address no championships for Su...
 
Dez what was your OC thinking right before half with 1:50 and two TO deciding to let the clock run down.

That’s what a coach that knows nothing about offense does.......he plays close to the vest and doesn’t take chances. Odums has reached his ceiling and it’s up to the fan base to voice their opinion. Maybe they already have with lowered home attendance. But, Odums can redeem himself in the SCG.
