Roll Tide, great season, just could not finish.

Southern white Universities are making millions off young black football players, remind me of slave trade to the Plantations! Mr. Charlie is still getting paid. :(

Dabo took his foot off the gas pedal. I would've hit 60 on those fuc#s. The state is in mourning on today.

Dabo is an Alabama alum who more than likely be their number 1 candidate to replace Nick Saban when he is done at Bama. He still has to go home to visit his folks. LOL. No need in really upsetting his Bama folks. LOL.

It would've never happen in this lifetime.

Same reason some black assistant coaches get paid tons of money but never get to be coordinators which in turn cost them head coach opportunities. Time they realize they want to work at our schools but some folks don’t want to deal with them or they never understood certain situations.

Folks should be backing off the fightin’ Irish as they at least got pressure on Lawrence. Clemson went on a 30-0 run and this is without the mercy kneeing at the end.

In the ACC, our QBs play the entire game because of better parity. Tua looked like he could have used the game snaps with all the 4th quarters he did not play.

I think, his next step might be The NFL. No need to go behind another man of that stature.

They bring a lot of black coaches in just for recruitment. (I.e. Dameyune Craig). Now, me and Craig went to the same high school. But, it is; what it is. He should've been a coordinator by now. But, he is still a recruiter /receiver coach.

Larry Johnson Sr. is another example of this situation.

Well Larry just got promoted to the Associate Head Coach at Ohio State. Not sure why he hasn't been a DC. But he will have more authority at Ohio State than he has been. Helluva DL coach though and can flat recruit. He may be comfortable in that spot.

Black coordinators on the professional/collegiate (PWI), and even some (caucasian) high schools are very low. Hell, Hoover High will never have a black coach in this lifetime. I mean, we can tackle, run, and block. But, we are not good enough to coach?????

The SEC is by far a stronger league, Alabama was just executing at an unreal high level all season on offense. Much like they did against Oklahoma, they jumped on teams early in the game, taking them out of their gameplan. Their defense had been shaky all season, but folks just assumed they would eventually get things fixed. The Georgia, Oklahoma, and Clemson games showed that they clearly didn't get things fixed.

When Bama does lose, it's usually to a team with excellent QB play and they make mistakes such as turnovers and critical penalties.

I don't know many teams that can drive into the red zone 3 times in the 2nd half and come away with 0 points and expect to beat a team like Clemson. Also have to think about them having the ball on the 1-yard line earlier in the game and messing it up with a penalty. Tua is going to be haunted by forcing a deep pass into triple coverage, missing open WRs on crucial 3rd and 4th downs, and that pick 6.

People are saying that but WHY would he go to BAMA? He struggled to build Clemson. I remember when he was a running joke in the ACC.

The SEC is not by far a stronger nothing. They have one or two top teams like everybody else.

This is why some of our schools should be fbs. not only does it give or guys a chance to play at our schools at the highest level but it gives coaches a chance to prove themselves at the highest level as well.

I don't expect dabo to leave just yet. His son is a high school freshman. His family appears to be comfortable here. Just built into a new mansion about a year ago. His other son is a soph at clemson, so at least 2 years before they move on, if at all.

He might not after this. He has won 2 ships and may win a 3rd. He is the MAN in Clemson SC. Why go replace Saban when he retires. Now of course them Bama boosters going to offer to buy him anything and everything. So it will be only to say he coached his Alma Mater where he won a Championship as a Player. It would have to be personal to him. Otherwise. I think him staying at Clemson is the most likely. Not like he can't win there.
