I hope the weather holds up so that stadium can be packed and folks have a Great time. It will look Awesome on TV.

I really hope this Best Team site scenario stays. I would love to see Our stadiums upgrade with more seats... Premium Seating etc.

I'm too lazy to find that quote I made after the win against PV when we put Skelton at QB, but that quote was something on SU won't lose another SWAC game until this dude graduates.

SU should win this game by 2 TDs

Brother you must be looking at something else and not 2018 Alcorn is the #1 ranked defense in the SWAC, try again oh and SU defense is better, better than the 4 - 10 defenses in the league NOT Alcorn!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used Conference only stats. All OC games aren’t equal. SU played Power 5 TCU and NO Bowl Louisiana Tech team. Alcorn played D-3 non scholarship Louisiana college, Georgia Tech, and a sorry New Mexico st team lol.

I’m not gone go that far lol. I was at the Classic I saw him play he’s real shifty, but Alcorn defense is hella good. It’s gone be a good game. Alcorn has to limit big plays. SU is good at getting them in bunches. It’ll probably be a 24-17 type game

A sorry New Mexico team that y’all wouldn’t have came close to beating, bruh yalled played pine bluff that padded your stats, he’ll we still that high in total defense after giving up almost 1k yards to GT and NM State y’all defense isn’t better than ours at all and you’ll find out yet again on Saturday. Do continue to twist and use any means necessary to makes you sleep better at night smh!!!!!

Didn’t y’all play Valley and a bad Alabama State team ? Southern schedule was more difficult
 
From the eye test SU is playing the best football right now. If Alcorn stop Skeleton ion think it’s gone be close

When the season is over and the NCAA compiled the top 10 defensive units in the FCS will SU be there we can all answer that question with an emphatic HELL NO, gtfoh!!!!!!!!!!! So stats say our defense is better you ppl forever trying to omit to fit your narrative pathetic!!!!!
 
It makes no difference though. Alcorn has beaten southern something like five out of the last six times. That's enough evidence right there to give them the edge.
Alcorn's playing at home and Alcorn matches up well with what southern likes to do best.
Both defenses are playing well, but play-calling by the coaches will play a huge part, along with turnovers.
