How many people who graduated after Y2K were putting demands to JSU admins who hired the last 2 coaches?

No I don't, my point was....Texas Southern can get better coaches than what we have for less money. I was talking about getting good coaches for the $$$. Also, Coach Keeler has earned his money.

Man I was watching the game last night on ESPN from Alcorn vs GSU. while watching Rondo get 2 pieced, Brandon Ingram LMAOO.
But Man that sht looked so sad and trash.
From the refs on down, the ref blows his whistle during a catch interference Lol, Even JAY the announcer who is trash by the way was like what the hell.
That review on that sack on GSU QB and the ref was like forward progress stopped. Like huh?? Man get these tired ass ppl outta here, the shit just looks bad as hell. Man that was so sad to watch.
I recall SU vs PV game, SU subbed late, had like 13 seconds on the play clock, don't you know that the ref stood over the Center until the play clock got down to 2 seconds and backed out!!!, I couldn't do nothing but laugh at that sad ass shit.
Noone in the SEC or ACC, or Pac 12 that this shit happens. This whole conference just needs to be thrown in the trash. sad ass refs, man them dudes for the Alcorn vs GSU game just looked washed, nothing smooth about them at all.

To answer those questions:
1. Hell no, them outdated washed ass negros up there are more concerned about being on the scene now than making their programs better. I watched that shit at our H.C. this year, looking at them bozos, so much goofy administrative matters went on that day, behind the scenes, but yet you wanna do photo ops with pretty women. Bozo ass dudes man. No, these dudes are stuck in 1998 and think the game will sell itself. We play these big schools and don't take away anything from them, there's no way in 2018, I shouldn't be able to get a good nice stream to our games SU. With the money we've made, we should have a streaming service/platform where as I can pay 5-10 bucks to watch a road game or something. That's how you create money, these out-dated ass negros just started using Facebook heavy. It's sad. I actually see our programs being worse than where they're at now.
2. We have the talent, but these non-creative ass coaches (talking about SU) doesn't know what to do with the talent that we get. They so stuck in 2008 or 1998 when in 2018, the best teams don't even play that style of football any more. From a game football view, I couldn't tell you what the name of our Strong Safety is, but LSU's strong safety #9 has 4 Ints and is a ball hawk around the Line Of Scrimmage? Why is that?? is he better than SU's Strong Safety or any other strong safety in this league?? No, LSU's D.C. knows how to fukikng call schemes and plays to create play-makers.
It's sad that I have to watch these schools to see some real plays and schemes, simple ass schemes man. Shit is just boring and sad to watch at this play.
We (SU) calls a simple ass Offensive game plan, instead of putting up 50 points, with the type of talent we have on Offense, you mean to tell me all we can put up is 14 points?? FOH man, that's unacceptable and that needs to be called out. Talent on top of talent and all we can put up is 14 points on a team like TSU, (no shade towards TSU) but come on man,
Bottom line the coaches in this league are out-dated, lazy, trash, and don't understand football, I can take and put together a YOUNGER HUNGRY staff and I bet they run threw this sad ass league, better yet, I can bring in Langston staff and they would wreck shop in this league, this is down right sad

I know that, but HBCU’s have the power to make more money playing other HBCU’s in classic/bowl/kickoff type games throughout the season than PWI FCS programs can playing each other. We refuse to try it out.
Not all FCS are scheduling these games just for paychecks every year. Some play P5 opponents every other year or 2-3 years for a big time payday. Others are scheduling money games vs FBS programs who they have done good scouting report against. You don’t see all FCS programs taking games just because their is a check available. Some turndown teams that they have no chance at beating.

I've been said that, stop playing these sad ass hoe games, hoe'n the players out there, saying you can play against top players, but what these coaches fail to say to these kids and parents, yea we get to play TCUs and LA Techs but they (the coaches) aint giving their all in these game with the X's and O's, at least not our coach.
I'd rather us play each other in a scrimmage than take our asses up there and get molly-whooped for a check when in fact the money we get, won't even be used to make more money to progress the program. We get the money and spend the shit like it's gonna expire,
Bring back the classics, rivalry games, create new one.

I'd make it a rule, if you've coached in this league, you can't bring yo ass back and be a coach, no coach, I don't even want yo ass on the side-lines, yo time is up, take yo dusty out-dated ass and buy you a ticket and see and watch the new product from the stands.
You can't be over 40, if you are over 40, you must have won something at your previous job within the last 3 years. Don't tell me about some shit you wont back in 2004 or some shit, No, if you wasn't a winner in 15, don't even apply buddy, get yo ass on
Your staff has to be 20-35 years old. Your staff has to have won or been apart of a winning staff, JUCO, High School state champs, with real competition.

I agree that any business manager should have a plan to keep his/her business afloat. The "money games" are an answer to that . How many programs would go "belly up" within 5 years after ending the annual money games? Not every HBCU program can shift to a classic and recoup those money game dollars. I AM NOT a fan of the money games, but understand that these games serve a purpose.
I am a brother over the age of 40. I love old school hip-hop. I have never bought any music by Drake, Future, or MIGOS, so maybe I am out of touch? Please enlighten me on how random AD's should use youngblood vision and insight and take their respective program into a better place ("vision forward thinking planning").
