The best thing that could help A&T if they do run the table again through the Celebration Bowl is for whatever SWAC team that makes it to ATL to be ranked (PV got a vote in this week's polls so that's a start)

With the MEAC's internal points formula; if A&T and Howard were both to go 7-0 in conference play, A&T would go to the Celebration Bowl due to A&T nonconference wins.
Right. The SSU game is a nonconference game (I hate it when schools do that), but Howard still has one more nonconference game left to play in the season against Bryant (of the NEC). But I think at this point it's irrelevant as far as nonconference games go.Howard blew their chance against Kent State this weekend and may lose an "OOC" game with Savannah State thanks to Hurricane Flo.

OK, under the circumstances, I can understand that.that was Hampton's slot originally.
SU was 12 and FAMU 14@Journalist - What were the National rankings of SU & FAMU In 1995 when they squared off in Atlanta for the “Super Showdown?” I kmow they were 1-2 in the Sheridan Black College Polls.
