Pressure mounting for ASU to beat Tuskegee


That is the same here, that Norfolk St. need to beat Virginia State. You know the Division 2 Trojans beat them last year!
 



This is the man's first game coaching, yet he already has pressure to beat a team former Bama State third and fourth year coaches struggled to beat?
That's highly doubtful.
If he wins, fine. If not, back to the drawing board. That's common sense.

Off topic: By the way, I see that the Montgomery Advertiser is just as racist and pitiful as the Clarion Ledger in showing 95 percent Black faces on the cover when it involves murder and crime, when white folks are committing worse crimes next door, yet no photos or headliners.

ASU new stadium will be packed tomorrow. They are thankful that the tigers bring huge crowds of people because no other team pack out the stadium there. They should count their blessings there even if the win doesn’t happen for them. This game is a money maker for ASU.
Listen, the Montgomery newspaper will never change its ways just like the Clarion Ledger! I agree both are racists!

We have the same pressure against Fort Valley State tomorrow...these games should lean heavily in our favor, but for some reason, they don’t.
 
D2 teams are able to recruit players that won't qualify at a FCS school. Unlike last season, we will have an experienced QB coming in this game and we will have our OC calling plays. The playcalling last season was terrible. Even the QB that we had against TU is playing a different position this season. Definitely should be able to get Skegee tired early. We are 15 deep on the OL and DL.

The truth is if y'all played them regularly they slip up on Gram too. D2 can get the transfers, juco and get the academic life support players we can't. They will catch you slipping on a down year.

True! When VSU played West Georgia in the D-2 Playoffs, half of the players were D-1 transfers. So the MEAC & SWAC need to be very careful when playing the schools from the SIAC or the CIAA!

The gap between D2 and FCS isn’t as wide as FCS to FBS...but FCS programs should generally come out on top.

You should see the negative publicity geared toward Alabama State in this city. Hell, some black people are to damn stupid to understand it. Black people quick to trash their own, but, will never say anything negative about white people.
 
Idk why y’all talking ish in here like Skegee wouldn’t be the 3rd best SWAC team yearly behind Gram & Alcorn..
