Time for Lebron 3.0

I pray he stays in the East and if he has to go west I prefer Houston.

Now here's the kicker.

What if he does a deal with Cleveland because they still can restructure his contract....then they add Chris Paul and some important pieces.

Really it's not about money because he has a lifetime shoe contract with Nike.

Exactly what I was thinking. If it's West, it needs to be Houston......I think it would take too much to build a squad capable of knocking off G-State if he goes to the Lakers. Chris Paul to Cleveland.........not a bad idea either with maybe Paul George added to the mix perhaps?? And the money part........spot on..........he has plenty of that with endorsements..........he wants to knock off Golden State, priority #1.

I think if he stays in the East, he might stay with Cleveland before going to Boston or Philly. The kicker is who would that third piece be. Would PG go to Cleveland for one year along with a motivated Rodney Hood and Kevin Love possibly be enough to beat GS?

If he goes West, I think it would probably be the Lakers but that would depend on Kawhi going there as well. The Lakers would have to move some pieces though (maybe Ingram, Kuzma and a draft pick or two) that would leave their bench weak much like Lebron in Cleveland this past season

I think he will stay in Cleveland. The issue is they have to restructure his contract to build around him. That's the point folks are missing. This isn't a ploy it's a restructuring of sorts. Watch and see....

Won't be Houston. Houston needed him to opt-in with Cleveland and get traded there due to salary cap issues.

Thanks...that raises another point as I said earlier....this may be a restructuring. I think his goal is knock off Golden State.

NBA doesn't restructure. He had the option to opt out. He will get all the money whichever team he signs with is allowed to pay him.

Cali dreaming

That's why I said no other teams in the West. It's easier for the Lakers to get big pieces without many moving parts unlike the Rockets or GS.

If they get PG, they might be #2 in the West. If Boston doesn't get Kawhi and he goes home, Lakers will be in the Finals

I keep hearing kawhi & lebron to the Lakers so that would be great!

I want him to stay in Cleveland and play with Colin Sexton for a year !

I want to as well but will Lebron, Sexton and Hood be enough to get CLE past Boston and Philly. They HAVE to dump those Tristan and J.R. contracts to make any type of move to dream about making any type of move. PG appears to be staying in OKC for one more year so that really leaves the market eh as far as big big names to play with him for one year

The Lakers were the only team in the West that made sense from the beginning.

The big question now is that will Kawhi follow him.
