At one time he had a ready-made compilation of explanations for every JSU beating. It was called the Book of Excuses and he was the sole author. He probably is studying it now to see if it has an excuse that appropriately explains this season ' beating from AAMU. If it does not, he has plenty of time to concoct one.

for 16 years, I only really needed ONE for AAMU... BELL was the coach. you beat us 4 times in 16 years and 3 of those times, BELL WAS THE COACH. you acting like you a team we concerned about.. smh

Dude, it is not either or. You definitely have the worst. Mummy went from Kentucky to D-2 or D-3. There is a reason for that. And forgive me for even thinking that you consider Hughes to be on par with any coach in the SWAC. Trust me, JSU will be no better than half-way decent, which means fourth place at best and most probably, last.

Every coach JSU hires is worst than the one just fired. I believe he is just resigned to the fact that fourth or last place is JSU's permanent destination and no reason to change out Hughes just for another fourth place coach.
