Hey we went through the same thing yall went through and received the same type of grants and NCAA support to get our compliance structure together that yall got. We're good. We have been getting transfers the whole time anyway.

I would say he meant upgraded your Academic Compliance work staff like we did:

Senior Associate AD (Academics)
Director of Compliance
Compliance Coordinator
Academic Certifying Officer
Assistant AD/ Academic Enhancement
Academic Advisor (FB only)
Academic Advisor (MBB only)
Academic Advisor (WBB only)
Academic Advisor (olympic sports)

This didn't come from the NCAA grant. This came from our VP of Intercollegiate Athletics explaining to our President if we're going to be serious about Athletics we'll have to invest out of our own pocket much more OFF the field/court!

Our Academic staff has been set up very similar to this.
