They have placed him in a bad situation...bad because he was wrongly convicted and they are jerking him around so he has been unable to sue. But I understand why he is still on the hook. That is his half of talking care of his kid...the mother should be reimbursed for paying for both halves while he was gone. I keep asking folks: Y'all do know kids don't exist on air, water and miracles, right? So, if you don't pay, someone else as to pull your slack. I hope he gets a settlement and this all gets to right for everyone.

Prior income prior to incarceration. What that are saying is if he had not committed the crime he would have still be employed. What is disturbing about this case is that he DID NOT commit the crime. SMH
