you're missing the point. When famu was going up to fbs they had a home game scheduled with oklahoma in Tally. That's ok and not the same as AAMU going to Tuskegee. Its like JMU coming to play a game at Alcorn, 2 teams of the same division playing.
Look. The only people we care about having enough....are in the swac... and truth be told, that's flexible b/c if a school leaves no one is going to cry behind them (you saw how people reacted when the meac commish was seen on bama state's campus).
If AAMU wants to play games at TU they need to drop down to DII period. alabama aint coming to montgomery to play a football game at alabama state, but because they are on the same level in basketball (theoretically, the have played basketball and baseball in montgomery against the hornets. Mississippi State will play the diamond hornets in montgomery this year).
Tuskegee has got to put food in their own mouth. Its good for them that they were able to trick tuskegee down there and get all in them. They made money and its good for their program. How does that help the bulldogs? they lost, and they gave up a home game to do so, not to mention their reputation suffered as you can't name another fcs or fbs program that went on the road to play a lower level team.
While you think no one at SU would care if they went on the road to play tuskegee, I think that would be the beginning of the last week on the job for the coach or AD that made that happen. Heads would roll.
