Kool I think the easy answer to your question is that most blacks realize the problem isn't the illegal immigrant, but those that employ them and the obvious lack of enforcement to discourage employers from hiring them. With little to no enforcement what is there to deter an employer from hiring an illegal immigrant? In addition, the benefits for an employer are alluring. It is not only reduced salaries that are influencing their decisions, but the reduction in total compensation cost. Illegal immigrants have no expectation of medical, dental and vision benefits. They have no expectation of compensation time, sick time, vacation time or FMLA time. No expectation of overtime pay, shift differential or weekend pay. No expectation of payment for unused sick, comp time or vacation time upon retirement, and definitely not a pension. With employers benefiting like they are from illegal immigration/reduction in total compensation cost and the federal government being complicit in allowing to happen it's just my opinion that being anti-immigration isn't where the fight should be waged. Instead, American citizens should be asking for an immediate and swift crack-down on employers hiring illegals. The fines levied against employers engaging in such practices should be allocated towards more law enforcement efforts to address the same so the enforcement pays for itself.
