The PV game will be closer with GSU winning by within 3. I'm seeing a 20-17 win for GSU.
Martez Carter will run for 2 TDs early in the game (first quarter-they will be surprise TDs)
PV will score 17 points in the first half
GSU will have two field goals late in the 4th
PV will end the game with the ball unable to score
This will be an exciting game.

I agree. I think GramFam will be pleased and enthusiastic about PV finally fielding a team that is worthy to be on the same playing field as storied GSU football.

I think PV is gonna win but that will depend on if the refs make calls on Grambling.
SU should beat AAMU my more than that or they are sorrier than we think they are.
Alcorn is going to beat AlaState by at least 28 points.

So the SWAC and MEAC would then have the same number of football playing schools. Seems like there needs to be a plan to make the MEAC/SWAC challenge a true conference vs conference thing with all the teams matched up against each other in nonconference play.

I got mix feelings about that. Having said that it's not rocket science to get done, just a matter of both parties getting together and making it happen. Unfortunately the meac doesn't have a good track record of keeping commitments.

Duer can't make this happen, he's too short-sighted. I like the idea of having a season long SWAC/MEAC challenge that culminates with the Celebration Bowl. Again I don't think Duer is competent enough to see it through.

Isn't that the whole purpose of the 7 game mandate? Even if he did you're acting as if he would be the only one having something to do with it.

Duer's problem is not that he is incompetent...he is just lazy. There are a number of things he can fix he just doesn't feel like doing it. I think he is satisfied with being content rather than seeking better ventures for the conference.

If what @Journalist is suggesting is conference wide participation after the MEAC football playing schools are reduced to 10; then it would take cooperation and coordination from both conferences' administration. Again, Duer is too short sighted or lazy to make this a reality. Are you really going to give Duer credit for the Celebration Bowl?

Again even if it were true "WHICH IT ISN'T" which part of OOC scheduling the conference doesn't handle are you misunderstanding ?
