Is it to late to save this generation of black males?

I agree that Black men and women should stop screwing and procreating with everything that moves, but when children are born from such relationships, the so-called child welfare system makes things worse instead of better. IMO, most child welfare systems are just another place for someone to collect a check without providing any real solutions for the different problems that are encountered. No one should be able to use their children and the child welfare system to express their bitterness. The mother in the video below should have lost all custody of her twin sons.

Brother I found out I was a father when my oldest was 14....so I know how the system works. The stories I could tell. The sad part is the child support office asked her how far in child support did she want to go back....SMH...I'm like damn I didn't even know I was his father or that he even existed. Well, this month made the last payment. Everything I do now is because I feel like it. Though I will help him if he ask I'm not an ATM.

So I know the system....I have been cursed out, insulted, and host of other things....but when his mother needs something...she nicer than a angel.... When I first found out she was cool but the minute I got engaged...he attitude quickly changed.

Which is why we shouldn't confuse the flawed system with flawed parents. The two are totally different. IMO, in most cases, Black male children are more likely to get lost in the system than with their parents. The way I see it, the system was designed to keep Black men in check from cradle to grave, which directly impact Black communities as a whole.

I think both black men and women should be called out. Let's be fair it goes both ways.

I've said this whenever people always wanna throw every problem in the black community on the black male. People act like you are disrespecting black women when you point out that they are plenty of flawed black women just as there are men. "Yes let's blame the black man for making a baby and having sex without a rubber but not the woman who let him have sex without a rubber or not on BC herself"

As far as the point of the thread, I think if the pill poppers and lean sippers don't wanna get cleaned up (males and females) leave em behind. I will be glad when they move on from that fad
