Damn JayRob, you are an attorney....I KNOW you read better than this! Where in the excerpt does it say the NCAA mandated anything? I said we GAVE them back to try and head off harsher penalties....SMH....Come man!

You gave them back to avoid the death penalty by the NCAA, so yes, the NCAA did have something to do with Texas Southern vacating it's "title" and wins between 2006-10.

You do know TSU is now the best in the SWAC in basketball attendance right? We have a SWAC attendance title to our name thanks to our dedicated fans ... PV doesn't LOL.

TxSU in 2016 (2017 isn't out yet) averaged 2,421 fans ... PV only 824. And that's 2,421 fans before the 1,000 new freshman dorm on campus was completed. 2017 should be even higher, the new freshman dorm was completed in August 2016.
