I'm remembered those helmet liners when I first went into the army back in 1985. Now days, the army has replaced all its steel pot helmets with fiberglass liners with an one piece Kelvar cover.

Grambling won...... but IMO, neither team lived up to the hype that was thrown out before this game. Both teams looked inconsistent. Grambling did take advantage of more PV mistakes. But neither team played great. PV came out hot as fish grease then fizzled like a balloon. Grambling seemed unfazed. And just took over.

I still remembered being in the 4th or 5th grade and all we would talk about during recess is how Grambling's band did the bump on T.V. LOL!!! I believe that's the same time cats started doing all kind of various of bump. And I had a cousin from California who was in Grambling's band around that time. Every time we saw him, we wanted him to show us that bump that Grambling did at the Super Bowl. LMAO!!!

Being from Grambling it's a ton of homeboys who were in the band. Back in the day the band would march through campus sometimes. They didn't care if traffic was in front of them. They marched right around it zig zaggin through cars. The bad was like fuck this....this our campus. Some of those cats did the bump. LMAO!
