Doesn't matter how many starters you have coming back...Experience is always balanced out and weakened as a strength by a new OC/DC.

Right now, the players are still having to purge the old coaching staff's terminology, technique, etc. and learn the terminology, technique, etc. of the new staff. The seniors are on their third Coaching staff in four years. That's tough.

This also why Spring Football is so important. Even with Spring Football, you will still be trying to get accustomed to the new OC/DC well into Fall Camp. Having no Spring Practice makes the job tougher.
