1) Southern vs. Alabama State-we've had some entertaining games, and it will be the first game played on the new turf at Southern. Could be a preview of the SCG.

2) Southern vs. Alcorn- can Odums finally get a win over this team

3) Southern vs. Jackson State- this game is always intense

4) Southern vs. Grambling- no better revenge than beating Grambling and derailing their title hopes.

5) Southern vs. Prairie View A&M- no better revenge than beating PV in it's new stadium and derailing their title hopes.

6) Grambling vs. Prairie View- lots of offense is expected in this game

7) Alabama State vs. Grambling

8) Prairie View vs. Texas Southern- How will TXSU look with the new coach, and PV opens it's brand new stadium.

9) Alcorn vs. Bethune-Cookman- This game will go a long way in getting respect for the SWAC

10) Alabama State vs. Alcorn- could decide the East this year.

7. SU vs PV-i'm sure SU wants to pay PV back from that thrashing.
8. TXSU vs PV-should be very intense in PV's new stadium.
9. JSU vs Alcorn-rivalry
10. JSU vs Bama State- East battle

We weren't thrashed in that game, but we definitely want payback. I firmly believe it was a fluke how we lost. Can't allow them another year of bragging rights because they go the extra mile with it. lol
 
Now that the experiment is over and we finally got decent hires at some proven coaches on campus, our games against TSU, SU, GSU, Bama state, and Alcorn will be big. The Tennessee state game will give us a glimpse of what the season could potentially be like. The GSU game will be the 1st home game so it will be rocking. The SU game is always Top notch. The Chad Germany situation adds an extra dimension. The games against either Bama state or Alcorn will potentially decide the East.

Other Top games I'd say are GSU vs PV which will more than likely decide the west. SU vs GSU could also decide the west. Any of the other traditional rival games will be top games as well. GSU, PV, and SU against Alcorn and bama state should be good games.

Right now I have Gram pegged to Win the Swac

JSU vs Valley will not be a good game. Valley will be pumped and it will look good for about a quarter maybe.... They traditionally play us as close as any team in the conference but I don't think that will be the case this year.

You're right, Valley, AAMU, TXSU, JSU and PB will be battling for the basement. JSU is the program among the bottom five that has the most tradition from years ago and that is why the newby program like PV like to think you all deserve sentimental props...lol

You might actually have to be worried about Valley. AAMU will be the worst team in the SWAC with Valley, TxSo and UAPB somewhere at the bottom with them.. but SU is def next in line to be a bottom feeder.

SU gets up for JSU so im sure it's going to be a good game but JSU won't just be throwing sideline passes this year. We barely had an o-line when Comegy left. We a good two deep now and we will be running the ball more. On top of that, our DBs are one of the strongest units on the team. That hasn't been the case in a few years.

Still wolfing despite the Wafia getting egg on their faces for hyping up a 7-28 D2 coach as the best in the SWAC and now non-sports guy is doing the same thing with a career assistant who hasn't coached one game yet but yet selling the same wolf tickets.

As for OMJ, JSU never supported him. I never wanted him but if you coach at JSU, I WILL SUPPORT YOU! You only got ONE win out the deal and now you can forget it...

Excuses TP....we have no control over how sorry jsu is by the time we get to November. Last year you said yall were good but we whooped yall before November...back to business as usual this fall with the game being back in "Nowinber" .

I guess after we get Hughes fired with all this hype you putting on him you will have more excuses as usual! don't you get tired of doing this to yourself??? lol
