Hack-a bad FT shooter gotta go





Please ken lol. A horrible player should be hacked 100% of the time. It's a great strategy. Hacking should be extended to the head coach for keeping a trash player on the roster lol. If one cannot hit FTs above an 85% clip, imho, you shouldn't be on anyone's roster :D .

Teams are not even allowed to use that strategy the whole game tho.
 
If I can go out and make 70%+ of free throws (which I really can), then there's no excuse for why these multi-million dollar athletes can't do the same.

Sometimes athletes have weaknesses in their games that they can't overcome regardless of how much they work to correct it.

Actually, you sound ridiculous for attempting to substantiate another's limitation in a >> profession<< where they are deemed a "professional." In other words, you are making remedial excuses for a few not becoming improved via practice, hands on training, & provided tutorial/et al. Do some of your relatives work at an HBCU perchance in the athl department? Obviously so w/ all of the documented shortcomings so many have endured over a duration. :D
 
I used to be like "Get rid of it" until recently when Jeff Van Gundy broke it down simply. You would be doing this for basically FOUR players (Drummond, Jordan, some player from Houston and one more). If the other 350 something players can do it then they can as well. If they are a live body and on the court then coaches should be able to strategize and take advantage of their liability. They can always JUST HIT THE THROWS.

They make Shaq look respectable lol One of them will be shooting underhanded next year mark my word
 
Teams shouldn't be allowed to go the extreme of slowing down the pace and flow of a game by instructing their players to foul guys 94 feet from the basket without the ball or away from the play.

I don't see how this could be considered appropriate for basketball.


 
Does strategy mean anything to you ken? smh I'd have someone foul the sorry fuggra as soon as he left the team bus lolololololol. Has to severely suck not having the talent required to hit a simple FT. :(

It was once strategy for teams leading in games to stall or hold the ball for minutes at a time. But the league -- understanding that such a strategy was unattractive to fans and hurt the integrity of the game -- implemented the shot clock.
 
They should make it the last 3 minutes of each quarter instead of the last 2 minutes of the game that they team gets to shoot the FT and get the ball back.
