You are correct...

On the men's and women's side they get the NIT bid if they fail to make the tournament. I think on the women's side each conference get a bid no matter what. That's where it gets sticky this year as to who is the 2nd place team since there was a 3 way tie. Tsu women's coach said they will be playing in a post season game this year.

I understand the refs not wanting to lose control of the game, but at the point the technicals were called losing control of the game wasn't an issue.

If anything we needed help stopping SU from scoring, they were on fire the first ten minutes of the game.

You don't wait until there is a need to take control. You establish control from the onset, which they did. Two of the techs were for taunting at the beginning of the game. They recognized it, called technical fouls and as you noticed, there were no more taunting by either team for the remainder of the game.

Yeah I forgot about that. The only thing that I could remember was the last time we and sTu had won the regular season title and. neither one of us got a bid

We will agree to disagree on this topic since I'm looking at it from a TSU prospective and you are looking from a SU prospective.

She must thinks that ASU will win today. If ASU lost, we'd be selected to the WNIT over TSU based on our head to head record. TSU would probably go if SU loses

Since that smart-elic comment you made towards JSU women, Texas Southern has lost ALL of their games.:snicker: Next time, you may want to keep your mouth shut. LOL!

We were the Number 2 seed though and we split the regular season series with them and beat them again in the conference tournament.
