That's not a real fair assessment. Hill, Jones, Stephen A. Smith and other black sports journalists and commentators have frequently written or talked about race and the inequities black athletes face within sport and how they're covered in press on every media platform they've occupied.
And they've received a bunch of hateful criticism from white readers and listeners just for mentioning that maybe race played a role regarding a certain issue or athlete.
Just because they have yet to opine on the specific angle you're referring to (even though I think Smith did on his radio show today) doesn't mean they're a tool for white supremacy. Especially when their work and words reflect the opposite.
I'll buy some of this, but you and I both know that some racial topics get more discussion from them than others.
