It will feel good to see "Lil" Che out there wearing the "G" like his grandfather did back in day as well as coaching.

Comegy never had the top ranked class but he went 5-3 to 8-0 vs SWAC teams... (except GSU... lol)

It comes down to coaching, motivating the players and pride! Some schools don't have any of that.

This is where Hughes got his name. It's not that he was recruiting Top 10 classes at MSU....he just knows how to evaluate talent and get guys to fit his scheme. When we get back to winning, it'll get easier and the classes will only get better.
 



If you pay attention to past rankings, Box to row always has PV ranked high lol. Someone post the last 4 years of his rankings. Tigheye did the most detailed HBCU rankings.
 
How can Boxtorow rank ASU recruiting class and that is not all of our signees? With our FBS transfers we should be near the top.

He said for this poll he is putting the most weight weight on JUCO and HS signees, with the exception of GSU they ranked their FBS transfers
 
@Alasuq . It's all good. We will role with that #7. At least we get to be on the same page with the big boys. It will all be determined in the rectangle. It takes time to build a program. Let's see what it do.

If I remember correctly Stump Mitchell had the top recruiting class in 2010 and we won the swac championship in 2013. Don't quote me but I believe we had number one or two class according to boxtorrow.

He only ranked us high once which I believe was in 2012. Look at the coaching and the underachieving during that time frame and you'll have your answer..

Again, Simmons gave y'all a sample last year.
