You just summed up Louisiana's Department of Children & Family Services philosophy in just that one question. As long as they are giving UNFIT parents monies to feed their kids, their job is done, although the kids are still going unfed for some strange reason. Also, it makes it real easy for folks that are related to people like Hurricane Chris to get elected into some state office, who later rewards them by having Hurricane Chris provide free entertainment to the State legislators while they are in session. There's nothing like listening to that Halle Berry song while creating ways to give more money to UNFIT parents. Louisiana is such a family friendly state.

She could have got her son and herself two McDoubles, 2 small fries, 2 apples pies and 2 drinks and still had over $5 to spare lol

Show me another segment of the population that such a large segment give as little to their children as the hood black mother.
I don't want to hear that shat about the daddy either the woman has 100% choice to have a child or not. After the first ain't no excuse for the 2nd, 3rd, and so on child if you can't support them. These women pick who they lay with. If he is a drug dealer expect he may some day go jail. If he has multiple other kids he doesn't support expect he will not support yours either. Folks definitely be hating. Ole girl is trying to get her Youtube fame on. Noticed her face is barely shown and she's able to twerk so well due to her knock knees.. At least these folks have found a way to make a living, because before Reagan made drastic cuts to mental health, she and the ghetto brother that rained french fries down on her azz would have had lifetime accommodations at the state mental hospital (Pinecrest) in Pineville, LA.
