Yes I do lol. I always have more fun in the city ( New Orleans).

Must be personal preference then. Houston got what you need, want, and then some lol. NO can kinda get old sometimes, especially being it's nowhere near as big as Houston so there's not as much to do or as many places to go. Maybe it's because MS & LA folk can always take that little skip down there for any random weekend trip.

Man Houston is big, slow and country lol. Beautiful lady's but it's just something about NOLA that's unmatched.

LOL. I agree with the big and country part but I don't think Houston is as slow as our cities. Don't get me started on those ladies either man. I had some goooood times when I lived there lol. I could never live in NO but I do love a nice girl with a NO accent. Maaaaaaaaaaaan, that would drive me crazy.

Man, folks always try to make New Orleans the crown jewel of entertainment. I love that city. But the best thing about it it. You can just be yourself and party to you drop all night. It's a tourist town and it's SMALL enough to get to everything without having to navigate the whole city. It's convenient fun. But it is not Houston, Chicago, NYC, ATL, Miami, L.A. etc. when it comes to things to do.

Man, you really don't know Houston. LOL. You don't think New Orleans is country? Nothing is moving fast there either. The only fast paced city is NYC anyway. Even L.A. ain't really that fast paced. Houston is a city where you can be anything you want. Country, Urban, Eclectic, or even just down right HOOD in the right parts. LOL.

Stay away. Far away. LOL. I learned that on yard my FR year at SU. Best LA girls are from those small towns.

Dude please don't ever put L.A. in the category of those other cities when speaking of the club/party scene. L.A. party scene is whack compared to the other 4 you named plus N.O. and Vegas. Not even close. I'd put Dallas above L.A. too.
 
I am from Louisiana and live in Houston. Food-wise, I would put N.O. and Houston about even just based on the variety in Houston.

Houston food:
Very high end local/national Steakhouses
Mexican (of course)
Food trucks
BBQ (a few very good places but not as good as other parts of Texas overall)

N.O. food:
Creole
Cajun
Mom and pop spots with great food
Unique Breakfast/brunch spots
National steakhouses

There are places I love in N.O. and surrounding areas that do certain dishes that I look for everytime I go back.

There are places I love in Houston that do other things I know I cannot get as good in N.O.

Things to do wise. Not just party scene. L.A. you have to be high end to find the right party atmosphere. LOL. That's why I said L.A. aint fast paced. But as a CITY. It has way more to do across the board. I don't evaluate a city just on party spots. L.A. got live music and good venues to listen to jazz etc. But if all you want is SOME party or club scene for us black folks. Then no. I guess I have gotten past all that club/party scene years ago.
 
Houston is the better city for the SCG but in terms of having a good time; I'll take New Orleans over Houston any day. I would never actually live there though.
 



Leave the SCG where it is. I've seen growth in support here in Houston. There were many people in the tailgate area that didn't go into the game. One of the reasons was the atmosphere outside the stadium and for the women it was that R. Kelly cancelled the post game concert.

Back to back trips to New Orleans is enough, folks like me go hard for the Bayou Classic

House is like a mini-scale back rest, but like yall said, the women in Houston, oh my smh, just stupid dumb how good they look out there but yea let it cook in Houston for a minute until we get tired that
